SARS-CoV-2 RBD 6VXX
SARS-CoV-2 Receptor Binding Domain (light-green) and its Binding Motif (dark green) are responsible for binding ACE2 receptors. Each residue that creates a Hydrogen bond has been revealed to visualize the intramolecular dynamics of protein structure. This 3D-printed protein model was designed for scientists to study the different bonds formed by these residues.
